Stop Drinking Soda

The evidence just keeps mounting.

As much fun as it is, drinking soda is ultimately going to get you. Medical studies keep detailing how much damage it will do your body. The latest deals with how much it will hurt your brain.

A study at Boston University noted an association between people who frequently drink soda and those with poor memory and small brain volume. Even worse, they noted that diet soda drinkers were more likely to suffer from stroke or dementia. Sorry; your Diet Coke will not save you.
