Five to Follow on Instagram

See the wonders of Southwest Florida.

BY June 23, 2016

Now is as good of a time as ever to get on Instagram if you aren’t already. The company recently announced it topped a half-billion users worldwide. If you’re not on it, just ask any millennial to help you figure it out.

As it just so happens, we live in a place that’s suited perfectly for Instagram—sunny beaches, breathtaking sunsets, crazy alligators. Just searching around the app turns up thousands of lovely local scenes, and there are a few folks that consistently post good pics. Here are five of them (oh, yeah, by the way, we also have an Instagram feed … hint, hint).

Naples_Fl has more than 30,000 followers for a reason. It puts out gorgeous pics of Southwest Florida sent from its followers.

The New Naples Instagram is an extension of former Gulfshore Life editor Jennifer Adams’ blog of the same name. Follow for fashion, food and fun scenes around Naples.

The City of Fort Myers has a surprisingly interesting feed, full of shots both new and old.

Local photographer (and frequent Gulfshore Life contributor) Michelle Tricca has a delightful feed with nice shots of kids, beaches and, of course, kids on beaches.
