1) Location, location, location
On Bonita Beach Road, not too far from the Gulf, it’s easy to get to if you’re anywhere in the North Naples or Bonita-Estero orbit. The pies are New York-style all the way—a goopy, cheesy, foldable mess of deliciousness.
2) They know the meaning of al dente
Yes, pizza is easy to order, but there is a seeming endless list of other choices from lobster risotto to veal saltimbocca to chicken Parmesan (that can also be paired with a limoncello martini or a bottle of Chianti). The pasta in front of you may or may not have been extruded there, but it is cooked just enough to still have a grain of resistance with each forkful—and the red sauce is textbook with a subtle sweetness.
3) The pop of pizzazz enhances an everyday meal
The owners did a gut job on the space a couple of years back, and housed within the exposed brick walls are the kind of casually elegant tables and booths you’re happy to sink into, whether it’s after a day at the beach or during a Friday night out with your family.
