Studies show that a good night’s rest is one of the best things you can do for your health. It’s good for your heart, your blood glucose levels, your mood—even your weight. And best of all, you can do it lying down. But while few things make us happier than lush surroundings, searching for some of this area’s best bedrooms left us with a bit of a conundrum: We’d never want to turn out the lights on these beautiful suites—leading to many sleepless nights. Still, we can fantasize about these beautiful bedrooms, and appreciate the interior designers who made somebody’s dream come true.
