From Nov. 12 through Dec. 11, Gulfshore Playhouse will deviate from its normal noble inclination toward intimate, thought-provoking drama to touch our souls in a different way: through its first musical in nearly a decade, a lively production of My Fair Lady. And Director Kristen Coury is pulling out all the stops, with two pianos and a 10-person cast on tap—including artistic associate Jeff Binder, who spent 11 years on Broadway in The Lion King. There’ll be another notable contributor behind the scenes, too, as it’s choreographed by Adam Cates, who is working on the production of Anastasia that’s headed to Broadway this spring. It should be quite the show.
