Irma couldn’t take away our spirit—or completely claim our beaches. The American Sandsculpting Championship is still a go, taking place Nov. 17-26 on the shores of Fort Myers Beach. You can count on jaw-dropping creations as usual from true artists from across the globe—like this past entry by Thomas Koet. Year 31 of the extravaganza will feature seafood, live music, demos, competitions and more, alongside the active creation of incredibly intricate creatures, buildings, messages and scenes made of only water and our sugary sand.
