Campiello Spritz
Spritz-style cocktails are popular for their crisp, refreshing taste. The bartenders at Campiello came up with this fun take on a Negroni variety that was supposedly made by mistake in Milan when a busy bartender accidentally poured prosecco into a Negroni instead of gin. The drink was dubbed a sbagliato, which means “messed up” or “mistake” in Italian. Now, we have the recipe so you can try this Italian cocktail at home.
