Is coffee actually good for you? According to a BMJ review of more than 200 java-related studies, it appears that the answer is “Yes.” Coffee drinking has been linked to lowered risk of diabetes, weight gain, cardiovascular disease and a host of other ailments. The study backs up most of those links—albeit along with a few negative connections, including the risk of pregnancy complications. Overall, drinking about three to four cups per day can have noticeable benefits, according to the study.
