Bare Beauty
Nature is often the impetus for organic art and accent pieces. Arteriors’ Dunston sculpture captures the graphic beauty of bare branches cast in iron with a flat golden finish. $630 at Interiors by Design West, Naples.

Table Talk
Natural slabs show the grain of the wood while a nearly length-spanning crack—its location varies by table—provides a pocket for river rocks and other pretty pieces in this custom table. Bonita Springs designer Patricia Crawford says her clients also fill the “voids” with shells, crystals and colored rocks. Tables range from $8,000 to $10,000 depending on specifications.

Brass Tactics
The bamboo legs and frames of Theodore Alexander’s Nest of Tables are cast in brass using the time-honored art of lost-wax casting. Topped with glass, these tables measure from 17 to 18.5 inches tall. $1,849 for the set of three at Norris Home Furnishings, Naples.

Somewhere over the Rainbow
Local photographer Donna Murphy captures the beauty of bark, including the rainbow eucalyptus, an ever-changing mosaic of color. “As the outer layer peels away, a bright green layer is revealed underneath,” she says. “Over time, it fades to darker green, then varying shades of blue, purple, orange, red and maroon.” Murphy’s photos can be produced on wrapped canvas, watercolor paper, and floating metal or bamboo panels. Measuring 24 by 60 inches, Rainbow Eucalyptus (shown as a panel) is $1,100 and available at Aldecor Custom Framing & Gallery, Naples.

Martinis for One
Authentic and responsibly harvested petrified wood is hand-cut then polished for a stone-like surface on Palecek’s martini table with a stainless steel base. Surfaces vary in size, pattern and color and often feature a combination of natural and black hues, and some cracking. $1,506 through your designer or at Robb & Stucky International, Naples.

Stumping Ground
Differing shapes, colors, grains and crack depths make each of Hammary Furniture’s petrified tree-trunk accent tables unique and a natural piece of functional art. $299 at La-Z-Boy Gallery, Fort Myers.
