We caught up with Southwest Florida’s own Jeff Lindsay over the weekend at the Southwest Florida Reading Festival in Fort Myers to find out what he’s scheming up as his famed Dexter series winds to a close.
“I don’t know yet,” he said, pausing between signing copies of his books-turned-TV-show about a serial killer with a conscious. “And I’m not trying to be coy.”
Lindsay says he is contemplating a couple of series, and, no, Dexter isn’t a part of them. But fans of Lindsay’s dark humor and complicated protagonist, take heed: Dexter is Dead will be released in July.
