Here’s a tempting take on breakfast.
Reach for that leftover pizza rather than cereal in the morning. As this post on The Daily Meal discussed, a slice of pizza has about the same amount of calories as a bowl of cereal, but the pizza has a bigger protein boost, which will help you get energy for the day. If your cereal of choice is Frosted Flakes or its sugary kin, then pizza might especially the way to go.
Of course, something like an egg-white omelet with a side of fresh fruit might be your best bet. But let’s put that aside for the time being and figure out a way we can eat pizza for three meals a day.
