Phensri is my favorite spot in Lee County for authentic Thai cuisine, with friendly service to boot. This plump duckling is roasted at two temperatures, creating a skillful balance between the perfect crispy skin and oh-so-tender meat. Pineapple, tomato and whole cashew nuts simmer in the red curry sauce's tangy mild heat.
