From New Orleans to Charleston and everywhere in between, the menu at The Claw Bar (239-231-3912, 221 Ninth St. N.), makes its celebration of the culinary traditions south of the Mason-Dixon Line known. The restaurant, which opened this winter in Naples’ Bellasera Resort, is the latest from the group behind the longtime North Naples hot spots The Bay House, The Claw Bar at Tierney’s Tavern and The Turtle Club, and the similarities abound. Chef Andy Hunter, who had presided over The Bay House for the better part of a decade, was tapped to lead the team here, and he brought with him many of his uptown hits plus a few new riffs.
