Lucky’s Market
It’s been three years since the first Lucky’s Market opened in Naples on the East Trail. And now, those who live north of Pine Ridge will have a much closer option for a tip-top butcher as well as an overall grocery store experience that prides itself on affordable organics and in-store “sip and stroll” $2 pints and $3 glasses of wine from a department that rivals that of a bar.
The new location on Naples Boulevard will host its official “bacon-cutting ceremony” at 10 a.m. on April 17 (ribbons are cliché—here, a huge slab of pork belly will be sliced with a ninja knife to celebrate the grand opening).
More festivities are already on the calendar, including the Taste of Lucky’s on April 20 with live music, free samples and gift basket giveaways. In May, there’s a local vendor fair with specialty foods on the 4th, and the 7th is Impact Day where 10 percent of all sales will be donated to Lighthouse of Collier, which helps the vision-impaired (this specifically will raise money to cover the costs of a summer camp for 20 children).
There’s also some promising news for those of you in Lee County—the company has leases signed for stores in Bonita Springs (if we’re being technical, it’s North Naples near Wiggins Pass), Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
