Expect a different Waterside Shops this season. Overall, the look and feel of the center will be the same, but you’ll notice some changes of the new-and-improved variety.
New shops
- Mario Romano Capri will open in November. The luxury- clothing brand chose Naples for its second U.S. store.
- Everything But Water White will sell upscale white swimwear.
- H. Craig DeLongy chose Waterside for his ninth John Craig location, which opens in late November.
Revamped stores
- Max Mara redid its interior and will have a grand reopening in November to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
- Lululemon expanded and renovated.
- Lilly Pulitzer will reopen in December bigger and better.

All the above, along with the addition of the health-focused True Food Kitchen restaurant, is bound to bring in more shoppers. So, the center will have more ways for them to move about easier.
A new sidewalk system will better connect Waterside to Artis—Naples and the surrounding Pelican Bay neighborhood. For drivers, a third complimentary valet location will be added near True Food Kitchen, which will face Barnes & Noble.
