Sea Salt hosted the Restoration, Rejuvenation and Recovery luncheon to benefit the David Lawrence Center mental health and addiction recovery services in October for those experiencing the storms of life in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma. Chef Fabrizio Aielli prepared a delicious, 3-course meal paired with a carefully selected wine by the Sea Salt sommelier. During the lunch, guests heard from keynote speaker David Lawrence Center CEO Scott Burgess who shared how the 50-year old, not-for-profit weathered the storm and mobilized quickly to meet the safety and psychological needs of thousands of inpatient, residential and outpatient clients before, during and after the storm. He also enlightened guests about the ongoing recovery needs of those suffering anxiety, depression and trauma as a result of Irma.
