Don’t worry about it too much if you only have time to work out on the weekends. A new study shows that how you space out your exercise routines may not matter that much.
A team of researchers at Loughborough University in England looked at how so-called "weekend warriors" fared compared to people who had regular exercise plans spaced throughout the week. Turns out, it didn’t matter too much. Both had about a 30-35 percent lower risk of dying young compared to people who weren’t active.
Either way, it’s better to find some time to work out than no time at all.
