How much caffeine is too much? An Australian café is testing the limits.
The Ass Kicker at Viscous Coffee is being called the world’s strongest coffee. It’s got about same amount of caffeine as 80 regular cups of coffee. It also comes with a drink-at-your-own-risk warning to those with high blood pressure or heart conditions.
We’ve looked at recommended caffeine levels before. And, under normal circumstances, you’re OK with around four cups per day. Beyond that you’re opening yourself up to anxiety, insomnia or other health issues.
The Ass Kicker isn’t your standard java, however. The café recommends you sip it throughout the day, so you don’t get a troubling caffeine buzz.
