Charity Helicopter Golf Ball Drop
to
Golf Club of the Everglades 8835 Vanderbilt Beach Extension, Naples, Florida 34120
Cancer Alliance Network, a Southwest Florida nonprofit dedicated to supporting local cancer patients on their healing journeys, hosts its second annual Charity Helicopter Golf Ball Drop.
Up to 500 numbered golf balls will be sold with 80% of the proceeds benefiting local cancer patients and their families in Collier and Lee counties through financial assistance, resources and support. One winner will receive 20% of the proceeds, determined by how close the ball lands to a predetermined hole or if it’s the first to land in the hole.
Golf balls are available for $100 each or three for $200. Quantities are limited, and the deadline to purchase is Feb. 10. On Feb. 20, the golf balls will be dropped from the sky by a Collier County Sheriff’s Office helicopter at the Golf Club of the Everglades. Admission to the event is included with a golf ball purchase. Participants do not need to be present to win.
