Día de los Muertos Celebration

This Mexican holiday honors deceased loved ones and shared memories through vibrant displays of art and music. The garden hosts a flower crown-making class to pay homage to La Catrina, an iconic symbol for the celebration. Beyond, flower- and candle-filled altars stand throughout Kapnick Hall; elaborate Catrina sculptures by artist Ricardo Soltero fill the gardens, and guests learn about Mexican spices at the Scott Florida Garden.
