Film fanatics take over the greater Fort Myers area as Sidney & Berne Davis Art Center, IMAG History & Science Center, The Laboratory Theater of Florida, Alliance for the Arts and Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium become screening venues. The festival kicks off with a red carpet opening night, followed by a week of films, rooftop parties, panels and an awards ceremony. Though participants span Florida and beyond, the festival remains rooted in local flavor and culture, while diverse perspectives and voices join the mix.
