Join Broadway veteran and multi-platinum recording artist J. Mark McVey on a musical journey through the greatest songs and stories of Broadway! This unforgettable evening will be even more special as Mark is joined by his wife, Broadway actress Christy Tarr-McVey, and their two daughters, Grace McVey and Kylie McVey-Reed who will lead the audience in discovering their own unique gifts.

J. Mark McVey made his Broadway debut as Jean Valjean in Les Misérables, winning the Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Actor. He was the first American to play Valjean in London’s West End and has performed the role over 3,200 times, including the 25th Anniversary Tour, the Hollywood Bowl, and Carnegie Hall with Marvin Hamlisch.

Beyond Broadway, Mark has been featured on America’s Got Talent, Days of Our Lives, and multiple PBS specials with the Boston Pops and the National Symphony Orchestra. His extensive theatre credits include The Who’s Tommy, My Fair Lady, Carousel, South Pacific, Chess, and many more.

Joining him on stage is Christy Tarr-McVey, a Broadway actress and accomplished vocal coach. Christy made her Broadway debut as Mrs. Walker in The Who’s Tommy and has appeared in Jekyll & Hyde and Annie – The 20th Anniversary Tour alongside Nell Carter. She has also performed in workshops and readings for Amazing Grace, Tale of Two Cities, and Sweet Smell of Success. Offstage, Christy shares her passion for music by teaching voice, helping students develop their unique sound and achieve success in Broadway productions, college programs, and high school performances.

Mark is also a double-platinum recording artist with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra and has released three solo albums, along with a special family Christmas CD.
