Molecular Light Sculpture from Studio Lloyd
Molecular Light Sculpture from Studio Lloyd
Although Studio Lloyd only works on commissioned lighting and ensures originality for every design, we couldn’t help recommending them and their Molecular light sculpture. Created for a private residence in South Africa, the crochet light sculpture is made of handwoven rope, lamb roving and copper wiring. The all-female Cape Town team weaves each piece by hand, blending textile techniques and an industrial sensibility. Commission a webbed chandelier, inspired by our Gulf waters. studiolloyd.com
