Chef-proprietor Patrick Hicks returned to Southwest Florida after working in acclaimed kitchens including Bouchon and Oceana, bringing serious technique to a relaxed coastal bistro. The compact, seasonal menu puts fresh fish and hand-cut steaks at the center, backed by a cocktail program that makes the bar worth considering for dinner, too.
