Debi Grilo

Since 1997, Debi has been a transformative and grounding force in Southwest Florida’s yoga community. As founder and owner of Practice Yoga Naples, she has created more than a studio, she has built a sanctuary for healing, connection, personal growth, and belonging. Celebrating its 8-year anniversary this past January, Practice Yoga reflects Debi’s intentional leadership, lasting community impact, and unwavering dedication to creating a space where people feel deeply seen, supported, empowered, and inspired.
