Founded in Naples, Florida, in 1983 by Scott Phillips, Jet 1 has grown into one of the world’s premier aircraft sales, charter, and management firms. Under Scott’s leadership, the company has successfully completed more than 800 domestic and international transactions, representing over $2 billion in aircraft sales. Today, Scott remains deeply involved in aircraft acquisitions, sales, and strategic fleet development.
In 2014, Keaton Phillips joined the family business full-time to lead Jet 1’s charter and management division. He established the company’s charter brokerage presence in Los Angeles, California, specializing in tour support for clients within the music and entertainment industries. After building a strong reputation and loyal client base in the charter market, Keaton returned to Naples to expand and refine Jet 1’s charter and management operations. While the company continues to serve high-profile clientele, Keaton’s focus has evolved toward providing Naples-based families and businesses with a highly personalized, concierge-style aviation experience.
Today, Jet 1’s growing local fleet includes Citation XL/XLS+, Challenger 300, and Gulfstream G280 aircraft. With deep roots in the community and a global operational reach, Jet 1 is well positioned to continue its upward trajectory well into 2026 and beyond.
