Lauren Maxwell, executive vice president at CrossCountry Mortgage, leads the Maxwell Mortgage Team with more than 38 years of experience. A passionate advocate for homeownership, she’s closed 4,600 loans totaling $1.5 billion since 2018 and is CrossCountry’s top female originator for seven years. She’s committed to giving back, supporting community organizations like Youth Haven, Make-A-Wish, and Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples. Lauren and her husband, Collier County Commissioner Dan Kowal, share six children and three grandsons.
