Grant and his father opened their first 12-table restaurant in Bonita Springs in 1997. The passion and pride the Phelans exude resonates with their team, which has more than 1,500 members. Grant is a visionary in the culinary space and an industry leader with a passion for providing memorable dining experiences and incredible food to all who dine in his restaurants.
