Naples may just be the capital for polished ease—and it's never been truer than now. Fifth and Third hum with new boutiques and design studios, from Porsche’s immersive concept space to Gattle’s reinvented linens shop. Elsewhere throughout the region, jewelry, interiors and fashion converge for a fresh take on coastal style.
TREASURE TROVE
This fall, third-generation jeweler Vivian Grimes unveils Henri Noël’s first standalone showroom in the Naples Design District. Launched in 2019, the brand redefines fine jewelry without pretense—favoring clean lines, everyday ease and timeless sophistication.
The 3,000-square-foot boutique allows the Certified Jewelers descendant to widen her scope. In addition to her signature diamond drop station necklaces and dainty, stackable rings, she now stocks collections from like-minded designers, including sculptural pieces from Greek jeweler Nikos Koulis and rare gemstone-set rings by Selim Mouzannar.
A hidden door opens into the Gem Den, a private lounge wallpapered with playful floral prints. Here, clients can browse Henri Noël’s latest lines and collaborate with the onsite jeweler on refreshing heirlooms and designing custom pieces, selecting high-carat gold and colorful stones from the gem vault. Outside, the breezy courtyard hosts pop-ups, from sweat and sparkle fitness sessions to interactive shopping experiences with brand ambassadors, establishing a new space for Neapolitans to gather and create. —Annamarie Simoldoni

THE COMBACK, a bit of Bailey's.
When Hurricane Ian wiped out Bailey’s General Store, Sanibel felt the loss deeply. This summer, the Johnson family opened A Bit of Bailey’s on Rabbit Road, reestablishing a brick-and-mortar presence for a community cornerstone that had stood for more than 120 years. As Bailey’s rebuilds its main store, this new location acts as a bridge, offering the same produce, pantry goods, wines and specialty prepared foods—like the family-recipe chicken salad and banana pudding—that made it a local institution. For the Johnsons and their neighbors, it’s a sign that island life, rooted in connection, will endure. —Stephanie Granada
WHAT ELSE IS NEW?
Bigham Jewelers celebrates 30 years with an anniversary sale Nov. 13-15. Nearby, Waterside Shops continues to bring elite brands to town, with a new storefront for Tumi having opened in June and French fashion house Dior and Italian label Brunello Cucinelli coming this season. By end of year, Pottery Barn joins Williams Sonoma in the former Barnes & Noble space.
Elsewhere in Naples, Mercato expands its public spaces. The piazza triples in size this fall, with new seating areas, fresh landscaping and a state-of-the-art stage. (Look out for the new Summie Jewelry boutique, which opened in August.) Meanwhile, Kaleidoscope Garden Club launches an onsite market this fall, featuring hauls from local farms, small-batch artisanal goods and chic bouquets from its stem bar.
For sporting goods, the newly opened Outfitters at South Seas Resort on Captiva stocks all the essentials, from stand-up paddleboards to colorful beach umbrellas and pickleball bags from Naples-based Paddle and Palm.
In Punta Gorda, Vestige Vintage is a trove of retro finds, from ’90s Jean Paul Gaultier halters to timeless Ralph Lauren staples. Owner Amber Bistarkey also offers private shopping experiences and rentals, so you can test-drive that vintage Prada top before adding it to your closet. —Alyssa Riley
