On a sunny morning, a sleek black trailer is parked outside a waterfront Port Royal home, set up for a private company retreat. An energizing Rolling Stones playlist drifts from speakers as a nurse lines rolled towels along the bench of a wood-paneled sauna. The lead executive steps inside, easing out of months of corporate stress-induced tension without leaving his home. His prescription: Reset Wellness Lounge’s Mobile Wellness Suite.
When mother-son duo Paula and Tristan Ciardelli debuted their Naples clinic, Reset Wellness Lounge in April 2025, they entered a growing wave of recovery-focused wellness lounges emerging throughout Southwest Florida. Under the guidance of medical director and board-certified osteopathic physician Dr. Tyler Spradling, Reset focuses on treatments that support energy, circulation and muscle recovery—from infrared saunas and cold plunges to IV and red light therapies, all delivered in a single, design-forward setting.

In October, they expanded with a mobile suite that can be deployed to any location within a four-hour radius of the Gulf Shore Boulevard clinic that can accommodate the trailer’s 20-by-8-foot dimensions. The roving sanctuary turns individual self-care into a shared event, tapping into a broader shift away from alcohol-driven socializing toward experiences that feel indulgent and restorative. Suitable for wedding weekends, neighborhood mixers, work retreats or 19th-hole tournament resets, the suite moves easily between corporate events and more intimate, high-end gatherings.

Staffed by a former paramedic and one of Reset’s licensed RNs, the rig is available for four-hour bookings. Guests rest in a NASA-inspired zero-gravity recliner, engineered to relax the spine and boost circulation, while the nurse administers IV drips, formulated for hydration, immunity or stress support. Inside the trailer, a 12-person sauna faces twin cold plunges, allowing space for communal contrast-therapy circuits, where friends cheer and count down in solidarity as individuals take their turn in the frigid tubs. “It becomes a wellness experience, but it’s also social,” Tristan says. “People turn it into something they can share.”
Bookings also include take-home kits for every party guest, with essential oils, face masks and $50 Reset vouchers—touches that extend the restorative experience beyond the day.
