Farrell C. Tyson, MD, FACS followed his late stepfather, Benjamin G. Martin, MD, into ophthalmology. Both share strong ties to the University of South Florida College of Health as a graduate and assistant professor. USF will honor them by creating the Tyson-Martin Eye Institute to educate future ophthalmologists in vision care.
