Some physicians excel at running drug trials, others at basic research, teaching, or becoming ultra-specialists in a disease. As a diagnostician he is naturally wired to identify the root of problems.
One of the advantages of his profession is that we can contnue to improve over time. Every solved puzzle still excites him as much as the first one.
